HAMILTON, ON -- The Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS) is accepting applications for the 2026 Chad Bradley Scholarship Award.

The scholarship is open to women enrolled in a full or part-time occupational health and safety related course or program leading to an occupational health and safety certificate, diploma, or degree at an accredited college or university in Canada.

To win the $3,000 award, candidates must submit a 500-to-800-word essay outlining the following:

Why they’re pursuing education in occupational health and safety.

Their motivation and inspiration.

How they expect to contribute to the field and/or safe work.

Other achievements and activities that demonstrate involvement in their community, workplace, or school.

The deadline to apply for the Chad Bradley Scholarship is August 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EDT.
