MURRIETA, CA -- A.L.I.V.E. Active Shooter Survival Training (A.L.I.V.E.) announced a two-part training series in tandem with the upcoming Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Annual Conference.

A leading voice in workplace violence prevention and employee safety, A.L.I.V.E. will host a comprehensive Instructor Certification Course and a public survival training session, both led by A.L.I.V.E. Master Instructor and Chief Operating Officer, Joshua Sullivan and designed to equip individuals and organizations with the tools to proactively respond to threats and protect lives.

The rise in workplace violence and active shooter incidents is prompting HR professionals and workplace leaders to adjust their emergency preparedness protocol and many are turning to credible, actionable training solutions. A.L.I.V.E.'s structured, evidence-based programs help companies meet their duty of care while fostering environments where employees feel empowered and prepared.

"SHRM gathers the nation's most influential HR and workplace safety decision-makers," said A.L.I.V.E.'s Chief Operating Officer, Joshua Sullivan. "It's the perfect platform for A.L.I.V.E. to demonstrate our impact, forge strategic partnerships and continue our mission of creating safer, more prepared workplaces nationwide."

From June 26–27 at 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. PST, A.L.I.V.E. will conduct its acclaimed Train-the-Trainer (T3) Instructor Course at 25020 Las Brisas Rd, Murrieta, CA 92562, with a virtual option available. Participants in this two-day immersive classroom program, including security professionals, HR and safety managers, law enforcement, educators and corporate trainers earn an A.L.I.V.E. Instructor Certificate, lifetime access to future T3 audits and a full Instructor Resource Kit with marketing tools.

On June 28 at 10 a.m. PST, a free 90-minute Active Shooter Survival Course will be offered in the ballroom at Wilson Creek Winery and is open to media, SHRM attendees and the public. This interactive session provides a rapid yet powerful introduction to the A.L.I.V.E. methodology and is a rare, no-cost opportunity for attendees to experience life-saving training first-hand.
