SALT LAKE CITY, UT -- The National Wireless Safety Alliance (NWSA) calls on NWSA-certified technicians and industry stakeholders to participate in the Job Task Analysis Survey by a deadline of 11:59 p.m. on Monday, November 11.
This essential survey aims to refine and validate the core job tasks that define NWSA certification, ensuring that programs reflect the latest industry needs and standards.
Why Does Industry Input Matter?
The NWSA was founded by industry leaders to serve the unique needs of wireless safety professionals. By evaluating and analyzing the job tasks that underlie NWSA certification programs, we further our mission to provide ANSI-accredited assessments of knowledge and skill, enhancing workplace safety, reducing risk, promoting quality, fostering training, and recognizing the essential professionals working on towers and other structures.
“NWSA is dedicated to being the gold-standard for professional trade certification programs offered in the communications infrastructure industry. To maintain such a high standard requires thoughtful input from all stakeholders, but especially the professional tower technicians who have dedicated themselves to this industry,” stated Executive Director Duane MacEntee.
To ensure our certification programs reflect industry advancements, NWSA collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs) to regularly review job tasks. We periodically invite certified technicians and stakeholders to complete the Job Task Analysis Survey to keep our certifications aligned with current industry practices and standards.
Acknowledging Your Commitment
“We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who joins us in fulfilling the mission of NWSA by completing the Job Task Analysis Survey by 11:59 p.m. on Monday, November 11,” stated Jaclyn Mangum, Associate Director of Program Management.
