Located in the Old North neighborhood of St. Louis, Building Futures’ students are encouraged to use their design/build skills to solve real-world problems using woodworking, hand and power tools, computer modeling, and more. The organization serves more than 1,000 students from 16 St. Louis City schools, offering in-school classes; after-school and summer programs; and free Saturday workshops.
In November, Integrate presented Building Futures with the $8,750 proceeds from its second annual Integrate Community Golf Tournament held this past summer and supported by the following subcontractors and suppliers: Presley’s Glass Company, Agile & Co., All American Painting, Beacon Endodontics, Bommarito Construction, Friend Acoustical Ceiling Co., Golterman & Sabo Companies, Imperial Metal Company, KPFF Consulting Engineers, PaintSmiths of St. Louis, SCI Engineering, Zickel Flooring, Valenti’s Market & Catering, Engenuity, Tristar Electric Company, Lawrence Group, and New + Found.
“These funds support Building Futures’ mission to empower students with hands-on design and construction skills. We were proud to support an organization that’s inspiring the next generation through a design-build process that mirrors the work we do every day,” said Integrate President Scott Zola. “Thank you to all of our sponsors and friends who attended the tournament and made this possible for us to do. Tomorrow's builders are in great hands!”
Since launching its charitable organization, Integrate Community, in 2023, Integrate Construction Partners has contributed more than $79,900 in donations through a combination of project-based giving, employee-led initiatives, and in-kind support.
St. Louis area organizations that have befitted from Integrate Community include Rung for Women, Operation Food Search, Lake St. Louis Police Association, SSM Health St. Anthony Foundation, Women’s Safe House, and Dogs For Our Brave, among others.
“At Integrate Construction Partners, we firmly believe that success is not just measured in projects completed, but also in the positive impact we leave on the communities we serve. Through dedication, compassion, and collaboration, we have shown that construction is not just about bricks and mortar, but about building stronger, more vibrant communities,” said Zola. |
