ITASCA, IL -- The National Safety Council and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce will host Opioid Epidemic: From the Front Lines to the Board Room – a forum focused on substance use in the workplace and how employers can combat it.

Seventy-five percent of those struggling with an opioid use disorder are in the workforce and these costs employers hundreds of thousands annually in lost productivity, healthcare costs and absenteeism.
